Returns Policy

1. Overview

At Computer Internet Services Inc., we are committed to customer satisfaction. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer return or exchange options in accordance with the terms below.

This policy applies to purchases made at our physical location or through our store on WordPress.

2. Eligibility for Returns

You may return eligible items within 7 days of purchase or delivery, subject to the following conditions:

Eligible Items:

  • Unopened and unused products in original packaging
  • Defective or damaged items (upon delivery or purchase)
  • Items delivered incorrectly (wrong model or specifications)

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Software (if opened or activated)
  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or modification
  • Items with broken warranty seals
  • Special orders or customized products
  • Clearance or sale items marked as final sale

3. Conditions for Returns

  • The product must be in resalable condition
  • Original invoice or proof of purchase is required
  • All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and warranty cards must be returned
  • Returns must be made within 7 calendar days

4. Faulty or Defective Products

If a product is found to be faulty or defective within 7 days of purchase, it may be:

  • Repaired
  • Replaced with a new unit (subject to stock availability)
  • Refunded (if repair/replacement is not possible)

After 7 days, the product may be subject to the manufacturer’s warranty, and we will assist with the warranty process as appropriate.

5. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued via the original method of payment, or as store credit if preferred. Please allow 3–7 business days for processing.

Note: Shipping/delivery fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item delivered or defective item).

6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible products of equal or greater value. If the replacement item costs more, the customer will be required to pay the difference.

7. Return Process

To return a product:

  2. Provide your invoice number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
  3. Bring or ship the item back to:

8. Warranty Claims

Products sold by Computer Internet Services Inc. may come with manufacturer warranties. We are happy to assist you with submitting warranty claims; however, the terms and duration of coverage vary by product and manufacturer.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Returns & Refunds Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website or store page and take effect immediately unless otherwise stated.
