  • Local Delivery: Island-wide delivery across Barbados
  • Regional/International Shipping: Delivery to select Caribbean and international destinations via partnered couriers (e.g., DHL, FedEx, etc.)

Note: Regional/international shipping may be subject to additional terms, customs duties, and delivery times.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Standard Delivery (Barbados):

  • Delivery Time: 1–3 business days after payment confirmation
  • Availability: Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)
  • Same-Day Delivery: May be available on select items or for urgent requests (contact us to confirm)

Regional/International Delivery (if applicable):

  • Delivery Time: 5–10 business days (depending on location and courier)
  • Delays: May occur due to customs, weather, or logistical issues beyond our control

5. Delivery Process

  1. You will receive a confirmation email or call with delivery details.
  2. Our delivery team or courier partner will contact you to confirm time and location.
  3. You (or an authorized representative) must be present to receive and sign for the delivery.
  4. A valid ID may be required upon delivery for verification.

6. In-Store Pickup

You may also choose to pick up your order in-store:

🕒 Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
🕒 Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Bring your receipt or order confirmation email when collecting your item.

7. Delivery Delays or Issues

While we strive to meet stated delivery times, delays can occur due to:

  • Inventory or supplier issues
  • Courier or logistics delays
  • Public holidays or natural disruptions
  • Incomplete or incorrect delivery information

If your order is delayed, we will notify you promptly and work to resolve the issue.

8. Failed Deliveries

  • A re-delivery may be scheduled (additional fee may apply)
  • Alternatively, the order can be made available for in-store pickup
  • Orders not collected within 7 days may be cancelled, and a restocking fee may apply

9. Inspection Upon Delivery
