Warranty / Return Policy Information
Products with manufacturer defects will be repaired under warranty. If products cannot be repaired they will be replaced. All products are covered under 30-day warranty from the time of purchase. Desktop and notebook computers are covered by a one year warranty.
Products sold by Computer Internet Services Inc. are supported by our Standard Return Policy unless otherwise indicated. Merchandise under our Standard Return Policy may be returned within 30 days of the original invoice date and in original packaging for a refund.
We will not accept return goods for refund if the item is not as described. Please note that we are not legally required to accept goods for refund if you have simply changed your mind. Mandatory 15% Restocking fees will incur and it is determined by the condition of the returned goods. Minimum restocking fee is 15% (only within 30 days of original invoice date). Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. We will do our very best to accommodate requests. This policy is in effect to ensure that all customers purchasing items receive them in their original brand-new condition.
Software is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. Please confirm that your hardware meets the software’s minimum requirements before ordering.
